Department: Clinical Experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift Location: Remote Salary: $146,000.00 - $248,200.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus incentive

Responsibilities

This Sr. Director Enterprise Architecture will lead the Macro Architecture team as part of Ascension Technologies. They will develop domain vision and strategy covering business, information, application, infrastructure and security architectures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving multi-cloud, micro services and AI governance strategies
  • Providing executive level consulting to senior leadership
  • Modernizing technology platforms and standardizing solutions
  • Leading architectural gap analysis and development of reference models
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to guide technology investments

Fundamental Skills & Abilities

The ideal candidate will have strong cloud, micro services, API, data, and AI strategy skills. They must be capable of engaging in C-level discussions, delivering clear business outcomes and value, and managing multiple work commitments under tight deadlines while working within a complex healthcare environment.

Requirements

Education requirements vary: either a High School diploma with 5 years of experience (including leadership) or an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience (including leadership). Prior experience in healthcare IT, cloud, AI, and agile environments is preferred.
