Key Responsibilities
As a SQL Data Analyst, you will join a team of three to address requests from various departments regarding existing application integrations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing requests to identify and resolve errors within existing integrations.
- Troubleshooting issues related to data processing and schema changes within SQL environments.
- Designing and implementing solutions for integration modifications and ad hoc requests.
- Validating data integrity, particularly when adding or modifying columns in the SQL database to ensure correctness.
- Contributing to the foundational work needed before the firm builds out a comprehensive data lake.
Compensation and Benefits
This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 to $50. Employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package starting day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Eligibility for 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days. Paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits are provided as required by applicable law.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL, focusing on writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently within SQL Server environments.
- Practical experience in making database schema changes, including adding/modifying columns and validating data integrity.
- A background working within a law firm environment, with experience using InTapp, is highly preferred.
