The Role
This position involves configuring and training systems within Hyatt’s Global Hotel Onboarding team for hotel openings and acquisitions. Responsibilities include project management, conducting training classes in English and Spanish, developing training materials, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Travel up to 30% is expected to support project needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Hotel Supervisory Experience in Operations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
