Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Operations & Workflow Execution: Manage quick-bids, renewals, and RFx with speed and accuracy.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary contact providing data analyses and guiding purchasing paths.
• Contracting & Governance: Draft and route contracts and SOWs following approved policies.
• Data & Continuous Improvement: Conduct spend/trend analysis and identify process enhancements for Source-to-Pay operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or shared services within large, global organizations. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle) is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related discipline is required; professional certifications are a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish, or German) is a bonus. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are a must.
