What You'll Be Doing
As a Software Engineer Frontend - Consumer Growth, you will build and run experiments to power the growth of Coinbase’s retail products. You will create engaging, dynamic, and accessible user experiences, work with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers, and write high quality, well tested code.
What We Look For In You
- 2+ years in web app development using JavaScript and modern frameworks like React.
- Experience shipping user-facing features with component-based UI frameworks.
- Understanding of front-end architecture including performance, security, and usability.
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
- Exposure to growth experiments and A/B testing frameworks.
- Background in finance or security sectors.
- Experience with React Native mobile apps and crypto-forward activities.
Additional Information
While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, this role requires in-person participation throughout the year. Team offsites and collaboration events are held multiple times annually.
