Job Overview

Lensa is promoting a Software Asset Management Analyst role for Leidos. The role is within the Chief Information Office (CIO) under the Digital Modernization Sector. This position offers full time remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with up to 10% travel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro for accurate software discovery and license compliance.
• Create, manage, and maintain software entitlements and models.
• Perform software license reconciliation and monitor consumption for cost optimization.
• Analyze integrations with discovery tools and resolve defects using root cause analysis.
• Support internal and external audits with validated asset records and reporting.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers on system requirements and testing.
• Recommend process improvements through system automation and best practices sharing.

Basic Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Asset Management with at least 1 year using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certifications/Training.
• IAITAM Certifications.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS asset management (Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, AWS, etc.).
• Knowledge of complex licensing models (Oracle, Microsoft).
• Experience with license audits and familiarity with ISO/IEC 19770.
