Role Overview
The Social Media Reputation Manager is responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving Unifin's online presence across review platforms, social media channels, and forums. The role ensures a consistent, professional, and compliant brand voice, while strengthening our reputation with timely engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google, BBB, Trustpilot, and Yelp.
- Engage with conversations on Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Draft empathetic, professional responses to reviews; escalate compliance issues.
- Generate weekly and monthly sentiment, trend, and competitor reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with FDCPA, Reg F, and other compliance standards.
Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management. Excellent English writing and communication skills are required, along with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Familiarity with ORM tools such as Sprout Social, Brand watch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar is preferred. Experience in financial services, collections, or regulated industries is a plus.
