About ServiceNow Security Data Informatics Analyst Intern

Job Responsibilities

The intern will conduct ad-hoc analysis, develop dashboards, and perform predictive analytics to support business decisions. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  • Create compelling dashboards and reporting capabilities with PowerBI.
  • Perform data visualization to inform decision-makers.
  • Combine disparate datasets accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively suggest next steps based on analytical insights.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or related field, with graduation planned for December 2026 or later. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in analytics, engineering, data science, or related fields, excellent PowerBI skills, solid SQL abilities, and preferably Python proficiency. Experience with Snowflake and AI integration into work processes is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a base pay of $43.04/hr along with equity (when applicable), variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, 401(k) matching, ESPP, and other perks.

Work Arrangement

ServiceNow employs flexible work personas. Eligibility is determined by distance to the nearest ServiceNow office.
