About the Role
The Service Designer Identity & Remote Access Services at CIBC designs, leads, and manages the planning, development, and onboarding of secure, cost-effective IT services. Reporting to the Director of Identity & Remote Access Services, this role partners with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to deliver high quality services and support CIBC's critical infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with senior management and external partners.
- Owning the life cycle and roadmap from inception to decommissioning.
- Developing strategies, roadmaps and operational plans aligned with business needs.
- Collaborating with engineering, architecture, and operations teams.
- Overseeing vendor management, contract negotiations and technology standards.
Who You Are
Ideal candidates will have experience in developing business strategies, managing roadmaps, and working with modern infrastructure technologies. Familiarity with Identity Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO) and Remote Access Services (Citrix Applications and Virtual Desktops) is an asset.
