About The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of top talent for the company. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized areas and multiple departments, from sourcing and qualifying to offer acceptance and pre-boarding.
  • Manage requisitions and documentation efficiently using the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders, conducting in-take calls to define and understand specific hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with various recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as required.
  • Track and maintain accurate data and metrics related to assigned talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of the team by assisting in the training and mentoring of new and junior team members.
  • Stay informed of current trends and best practices in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) efforts, applying them to the workforce and industry.
  • Provide comprehensive support and engage in cross-functional collaboration on projects as directed by the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
  • Undertake additional assignments related to talent acquisition as deemed necessary to meet business needs.

About You

You possess effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, maintaining a positive and resilient approach. You are a client-customer-facing supporter, demonstrating active learning with a growth mindset. Excellent planning, project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail are paramount. Proficiency in MS Office applications and prior experience with applicant tracking systems, especially Jobvite, is highly valued.

Minimum Qualifications

A combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is considered qualifying. No specific licenses or certifications are required for this role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience: 7 years of work experience in talent attraction, preferably within the construction/engineering industry.
