About the Role
NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to support its Contract Manufacturers in North America. In this role, you will represent all aspects of NVIDIA's AI hardware quality interests and collaborate with teams including hardware engineering, product engineering, product quality engineering, supplier and commodity management.
What You'll Be Doing
Your duties include:
- Driving quality improvements through supplier assessments and audits.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure compliance with NVIDIA standards.
- Developing and implementing supplier quality metrics.
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Working with multi-functional teams to enforce quality requirements.
- Mentoring and training suppliers to improve performance.
- Ensuring consistent adherence to quality control procedures and regulations.
What We Need To See
Candidates should have a strong background in supplier quality engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience. A technical degree in engineering and demonstrated proficiency with quality core tools (8D, 5-Why, 6S, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma/Lean, CAPA, etc.) is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ISO 9001 are essential.
