What We Need To See
- BSc/MSc or an equivalent engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 8+ overall years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years specifically in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience with a version control system (preferably GIT).
- Proven experience with Linux based development environments.
- Experience with complex Software/Hardware products integration and practical use of HW lab measurement equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in bringing up large-scale automation solutions for extensive software teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with hands-on experience collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in English.
- A strong sense of self-motivation and a proven ability to be a great team player.
