What You’ll Be Doing as Senior Manager, Test Engineering

• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and create comprehensive development plans for team members.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Test Engineering team.
• Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that are closely aligned with overall company objectives.
• Prioritize testing projects effectively and allocate resources strategically to meet all deadlines and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless alignment and integration with product development and engineering teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related matters, engaging with various cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular, detailed updates and reports to senior management on testing progress and key quality metrics.
• Collaborate actively with product and development teams to efficiently resolve issues and consistently drive product excellence.

What We Need To See

• BSc/MSc or an equivalent engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 8+ overall years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years specifically in a leadership or management role.
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience with a version control system (preferably GIT).
• Proven experience with Linux based development environments.
• Experience with complex Software/Hardware products integration and practical use of HW lab measurement equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in bringing up large-scale automation solutions for extensive software teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with hands-on experience collaborating effectively with global teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in English.
• A strong sense of self-motivation and a proven ability to be a great team player.
