Meet Our Team
Join Pega's high-impact Specialist Solutions Consulting team. You will lead a team of CDH specialists who work 1:1 with clients to implement customer engagement engines, personalization strategies, and real-time decisioning solutions. You will balance coaching with commercial strategy and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach the Specialist SCs, promote continuous learning and best practices.
- Commercial Strategy & Implementation: Oversee compelling CDH demonstrations, guide presales engagements, and partner with sales and partners to deliver ROI.
- Thought Leadership: Champion real-time decisioning best practices, market trends, and share insights across the organization.
Who You Are
A strategic leader with a passion for customer engagement innovation, notable experience in customer engagement solutions, and a proven track record in leadership and mentoring. You excel in managing complex implementations and engaging with C-Suite executives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in customer engagement solutions, marketing technology, or real-time decisioning platforms.
- 2+ years in leadership or team management roles.
- Proven experience in selling and implementing customer engagement solutions with clear ROI.
- Expertise in CDH, personalization engines, Next Best Action strategies, and omnichannel orchestration.
