About the Role
Lensa, in partnership with Starbucks, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant, MidAmerica Region who will support executive leaders. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to ensure leaders and their teams are well supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive leaders with high customer service and efficiency.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements adhering to company guidelines.
- Facilitate team meetings, conferences, and department events.
- Assist with onboarding and provide resources for new partners.
- Collaborate with the broader administrative community to improve productivity.
Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, strong communication and organizational skills. A background in administrative roles or Starbucks store management (7+ years) is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, MS Outlook, and virtual tools.
