Seasonal Tax Preparer

Lensa presents an opportunity with JDA TSG's Tax Services Group for a Seasonal Tax Preparer. This position is 100% remote in the U.S., part-time, and includes competitive hourly pay with incentives and bonuses.

On a Typical Day

As a Seasonal Tax Preparer, you will provide superior customer support via video, phone, and chat. You will assist clients with their tax returns, troubleshoot technical issues, research complex tax questions, and carefully document all customer interactions.

What You Bring To The Role

  • An active PTIN with 2+ years of experience in professional tax preparation
  • Experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax software
  • Strong technical skills including proficient use of Microsoft 365, Slack, and timekeeping solutions
  • A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and a personal computer
