Your Responsibilities

  • Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues.
  • Escalate interactions when necessary.
  • Process payments and track calls for auditing.
  • Meet defined sales objectives.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Must be 18+ years old, type 25 words per minute, and be comfortable with Windows-based desktop systems. Sales experience is a plus; college degree preferred.
