Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage remote legal video events across multiple time zones.
- Operate and monitor platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Offer technical support before, during, and after virtual events.
- Record high-quality audio and video using OBS Studio.
- Troubleshoot live technical issues in real time.
- Edit and sync video projects using designated software (training provided).
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation through an online CRM.
- Provide clear, professional communication with clients, legal professionals, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously and adjust quickly to changes.
- Stay informed of evolving trends in virtual legal services and technology.
- Collaborate across remote teams to ensure a seamless workflow.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience in the court reporting or legal services industry preferred.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
- Proficiency with OBS Studio or willingness to learn.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
