About the Role
The Automotive Sales & Service Representative position at TP involves responding to customer inquiries in an innovative and effective manner. You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, addressing questions, de-escalating issues, escalating interactions when needed, processing payments, and tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers across multiple channels.
- Calmly resolve issues and de-escalate conflicts.
- Escalate interactions when necessary.
- Respond to assistance requests and process payments.
- Track call details for audit and feedback purposes.
- Upsell when required.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months customer service experience. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and be comfortable with desktop computer systems. College degree is preferred but not required.
