Advanced Executive Support

  • Manage and organize files
  • Documents management (revisions, proofreading, formatting)
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Data entry
  • Research
  • Advanced digital marketing support (social media postings, blogs, and newsletters)
  • Procurement
  • Inbox management
  • Calendar management and meetings coordination
  • Expense reports
  • Travel management
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Ad hoc/ special projects

Skills And Experience

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration.
  • Marketing background preferred.
  • Can overlap work hours with California.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clear copywriting and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and HubSpot among others.
  • Ability to learn new tools/ software quickly.
