If you are an experienced recruitment leader passionate about talent acquisition and team management, this Recruiting Supervisor role is for you. You will lead and mentor a team of TA Hiring Coordinators, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance and high performance across a large geographic territory.

What You Will Do

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor TA Hiring Coordinators to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute sourcing, screening, and interviewing strategies.
  • Performance Management: Set metrics, provide feedback and foster professional growth.
  • Travel & Field Support: Extensively travel to support field operations and build relationships.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment processes and tools.
  • Compliance & Partnership: Ensure recruitment activities are compliant and collaborate with HR, field managers and stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination: Organize job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain communication and uphold employer brand standards.
  • Special Projects: Handle additional recruitment assignments as needed.

Your Must Haves

A valid US Driver’s License, minimum high school diploma/GED, proficiency in ATS systems, at least 2 years recruiting high volume hourly staff and 1 year of people management experience, along with strong communication skills and full cycle recruiting knowledge.

What We Prefer You Have

Bilingual skills in Spanish & English, Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, professional HR certifications, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our Environment

This role is based in your home office with required travel to field hiring offices, food production plants, and community networking events. Work environments may include varying conditions requiring PPE.
