About the Role

The Project Program Associate Director - Remote role at NTT DATA involves managing ERP/HCM implementation projects including PeopleSoft to Workday transformations. This role requires strong program and project management skills along with the ability to work in a politically charged environment.

Day To Day Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing client facing activities to deliver ERP/HCM implementation projects using a standard SDLC methodology.
  • Leading a large HCM transformation project with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Refining and managing detailed project plans and schedules including Estimate-to-Complete for critical activities.
  • Providing leadership from solution design through to final implementation.
  • Collaborating with project sponsors, client project managers, and NTT DATA leadership to develop charters, schedules, and communications.
  • Tracking, communicating, and escalating project risks and issues.

Basic Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 15+ years of experience in ERP implementation projects. They need to demonstrate successful execution of mid to large size projects, experience with modernizing IT initiatives, and strong communication skills at all levels.
