About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities
- Verify reward requests based on preventive services and guidelines.
- Conduct member and provider outreach using multiple systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on program tracking.
- Document, communicate, and present technical improvement findings.
- Create, edit, and update member and provider materials.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School/GED Diploma.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable with a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to resolve member issues with patience and courtesy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree and 2+ years of work experience.
- Experience processing reward card requests.
- Bilingual skills, such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and managed care environment.
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes.
Compliance & Regulatory
Adhere to the Member Reward Card Program Guidelines, HEDIS/QARR Technical Specifications, and CMS/DOH guidelines.
