Duties & Responsibilities

  • Verify reward requests based on preventive services and guidelines.
  • Conduct member and provider outreach using multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on program tracking.
  • Document, communicate, and present technical improvement findings.
  • Create, edit, and update member and provider materials.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School/GED Diploma.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable with a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve member issues with patience and courtesy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree and 2+ years of work experience.
  • Experience processing reward card requests.
  • Bilingual skills, such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and managed care environment.
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes.

Compliance & Regulatory

Adhere to the Member Reward Card Program Guidelines, HEDIS/QARR Technical Specifications, and CMS/DOH guidelines.
