About the Role

The Program Administration Specialist role at Program Administration Specialist with Koniag Government Services supports Contract Governance Board events, report preparation, correspondence drafting, and meeting scheduling. This remote role requires a Secret clearance and strong communication, organizational and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Contract Governance Board events including hotel arrangements, conference room setups, travel planning, and onsite support. Prepare reports on application support, deployment, and usage metrics. Draft correspondence to stakeholders and schedule meetings for project kick-offs, webinars, and other initiatives. Assist in resolving complex issues across teams and support acquisition and management of software licenses and equipment.

Required Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Admin Specialist
  • Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment including MS Edge, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using MS Teams or equivalent video sharing tools

Desired Attributes

Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, experience with US Department of State software development projects, and adaptability to learn new applications such as the ADG Suite.
