About the Role
Lensa is promoting a Production Coordinator role for a large software and gaming company focused on external art production. The role supports the rollout and adoption of an evolving external art production ecosystem in collaboration with Art Development leadership and External Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design, rollout, and refinement of art production workflows.
- Organize production documentation including asset briefs and playbooks.
- Support adoption and feedback for new workflows and tools.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and readiness checklists.
- Compile production insights for vendor performance and planning.
- Organize recurring syncs, capture notes, and action items.
Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years in production coordination or operations support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with production tracking tools such as Airtable or Shotgrid.
- Familiarity with art production and outsource pipelines.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, documentation, and distributed teams.
