What You Can Expect

As a Product Designer on the Zoom Docs team, you will shape experiences that empower millions. You will work on document editing, data tables, collaboration features, and dashboards to influence how teams work together.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive user experiences for core Zoom Docs features.
  • Lead end-to-end design workflows from concepts to high-fidelity visuals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • Contribute to the cross-product design system for consistency and innovation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to drive actionable improvements.
  • Communicate design rationale with prototypes, presentations, and clear specs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, productivity, or collaboration tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and polished execution.
  • Experience designing complex features such as document editing and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of creating and applying design systems for scalable experiences.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and driving tangible results.
  • Experience with real-time collaboration or AI-powered features is a plus.

Salary and Compensation

The role offers a base salary range from $98,900 to $228,700 with additional bonus and equity components, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

This is a hybrid role combining office presence and remote work flexibility.
