About the Role
The Senior Patient Recruitment Associate role at Senior Patient Recruitment Associate is designed to develop and implement effective strategies for patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials. Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive patient recruitment plans tailored to clinical trials.
- Collaborate with clinical research teams to identify target patient populations.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and community outreach to promote trial participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups.
- Conduct market research to understand patient needs and barriers to participation.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data trends, and adjust strategies.
- Provide patient support throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive patient recruitment or clinical research experience.
- Proven success in developing recruitment strategies that engage and retain participants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media outreach.
- Willingness to travel for outreach initiatives and events.
