About the OT Cybersecurity Intern Role
Lensa presents an opportunity promoted on behalf of Leidos. The Leidos Cyber Accelerator is redefining methods and technologies for operational technology, control systems, and critical infrastructure with a focus on cybersecurity enhancement using AI and machine learning.
Primary Responsibilities
Support advanced research & development projects in OT cybersecurity by working closely with researchers, engineers, and program management. Contribute to lab environment operations and documentation efforts that aid business development and leadership awareness of critical infrastructure challenges.
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master’s or Doctorate in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and secure systems design (NIST, MITRE, CMMC, etc.).
- Working knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, Zsh, Python, C++.
- Familiarity with AI & Machine Learning technologies.
- Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (US Citizenship required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple operating systems including Linux and Windows IoT.
- Knowledge of industrial control system protocols.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.

Additional Information
The position is remote with a primary base in Reston, Virginia. Compensation is guided by a pay range of $57,850.00 - $104,575.00, reflective of responsibilities, experience, and market alignment.
