OT Cybersecurity Intern

Job Overview

Lensa is promoting an exciting opportunity at Leidos for an OT Cybersecurity Intern role. The role supports OT cyber projects within the Cyber Accelerator, focusing on research & development in operational technology, control systems, and critical infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist researchers, engineers, and program management on advanced R&D projects.
• Support lab environments that replicate key industrial sectors.
• Develop documentation and strategy materials to aid business development.

Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or Doctorate in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and secure system frameworks (NIST, MITRE, CMMC).
• Experience with scripting/programming (PowerShell, Zsh, Python, C++).
• Understanding of AI & Machine Learning technologies in OT environments.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple operating systems (LINUX, Windows IoT).
• Familiarity with industrial control system protocols.
• Proficiency with MS Office Products.
