We are seeking energetic candidates to teach English to children online. No prior experience is required – as long as you have a high-speed internet connection, a headset, and a passion for teaching, you are ready to start. We provide comprehensive training, allowing you to begin teaching in just 3 days.
What We Look For
- Commitment: We ask our teachers for a 6-month or 1-year commitment to ensure continuity and stability for our students.
- Responsibility: Our students eagerly anticipate their lessons, and we rely on teachers to consistently show up for scheduled lessons or provide advance notice of any absences.
- Good Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for engaging students and coordinating with the platform.
- Interest in Teaching or Working with Children: A genuine enthusiasm for educating and interacting with young learners.
- High-Speed Internet Connection: A stable and fast internet connection is crucial for seamless online lessons.
- Morning Availability: Our students are based in China, which is approximately 12 hours ahead of the US. For Eastern Standard Time (EST) locations, typical working hours are 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Monday-Friday), with more flexible hours available on weekends.
