What You Will Do
- Deliver engaging and effective online English lessons to children.
- Maintain consistent availability for scheduled lessons.
- Communicate effectively with students and the support team.
- Commit to teaching for at least 6 months to ensure student continuity.

- Commitment: A willingness to make a 6-month or 1-year commitment to provide stability for our students.
- Responsibility: Dependability in showing up consistently for lessons or providing advance notice of absences.
- Good Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication.
- Interest in Teaching: A genuine passion for education and working with children.
- High-Speed Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection is essential for online teaching.
- Morning Availability: Due to students being based in China (approx. 12 hours ahead of the US), typical working hours for EST locations are 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Monday-Friday), with more flexible hours available on weekends.

We believe in potential! No prior teaching experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to get you started in just 3 days. All you need is a high-speed internet connection and a headset, and you're ready to make an impact!
