No prior experience is required; as long as you have a high-speed internet connection and a headset, you are ready to begin. Comprehensive training is provided, allowing you to get started in as little as three days.
What You'll Bring
- Commitment: We ask our teachers for a 6-month or 1-year commitment to ensure consistent learning for our students.
- Responsibility: Our students eagerly anticipate their lessons. We rely on teachers to consistently show up or provide advance notice of any absences.
- Good communication skills: Essential for effective teaching and interaction.
- Interest in teaching or working with children: A genuine passion for educating young learners.
- High-speed internet connection: A stable and fast connection is crucial for online teaching.
- Morning availability: Our students are located in China, which is approximately 12 hours ahead of the US. For those in EST locations, typical working hours are 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Monday-Friday), with more flexible options available on weekends.
