Role Overview
We are actively seeking enthusiastic candidates to teach English to children online. No prior experience is necessary; as long as you have a high-speed internet connection and a headset, you're ready to start. We provide all the required training, enabling you to begin teaching in as little as three days.
What We Look For
- Commitment: We require our teachers to make a 6-month or 1-year commitment to ensure consistent learning and continuity for our students.
- Responsibility: Our students eagerly anticipate their lessons. We rely on teachers to consistently show up for scheduled lessons or provide timely notice if they need to be absent.
- Good Communication Skills: Essential for effective teaching and interaction with students.
- Interest in Teaching: A genuine desire to teach or work with children is key.
- High-speed Internet Connection: A stable connection is crucial for online teaching.
- Morning Availability: Given that our students are based in China (approximately 12 hours ahead of the US), typical working hours for EST locations are 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Monday-Friday), with more flexible hours available on weekends.
