The Role
The National Director, Culinary Operations standardizes culinary SOPs to support food quality, cost control, speed of service, and innovation in alignment with Executive Leadership objectives. You will coordinate with regional and executive culinary leaders, develop SOPs, manage multi-unit operations, and enforce food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Regional Executive Chef/VP Culinary and SVP Culinary.
- Develop and standardize SOPs for menu execution, costing, and inventory management.
- Support culinary standards with operations, finance, and food safety compliance.
- Lead culinary onboarding and new business transition processes.
- Deploy menus, costing tools, BOH inventory systems, and maintain HACCP programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in a leadership role within sports & entertainment, theme parks, large hotels, or multi-unit QSR. Must have strong change management, cross-functional leadership skills, and hands-on management abilities. ServSafe Certification is required.
Compensation & Work Conditions
Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $150,000 plus bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel, especially during new business transitions, venue openings, and major initiatives.
