Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and administrative processes across the team. This critical role ensures projects are organized, creative assets are delivered on time, vendors and internal partners are coordinated, and operational workflows run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Campaign & Project Support
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online and offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track project milestones, flag risks, and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
Creative & Asset Management
- Support development of project briefs and work with teams on asset production.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, versioning, and brand compliance across all assets.
- Assist in reviewing creative and content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Content & Channel Execution
- Drive collaboration between marketing team members, facilitating discussions on strategy, copywriting, design, and development to ensure successful project completion.
- This may include proofreading, production of various marketing materials, and UAT support, ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production needs, and other content creation efforts.
- Ensure updated materials are distributed to internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Product, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects.
- Assist in socializing updates, sharing key information, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and prepare agenda documents, recaps, or follow-up notes.
Qualifications
ClearCaptions is looking for candidates with:
- HS diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience using project management software like Asana, Jira, and tools like Microsoft 365 & Office Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Figma, etc.
- Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed, and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality, results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 5%); will include some overnight travel.
- Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams (e.g., MS Teams).
Work Environment
This is a 100% Remote position, allowing you to work from home.
Compensation
The compensation for this role is $22-27/hr, determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
