Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is vital in supporting the daily execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and administrative processes. This role ensures projects are organized, creative assets are delivered on time, vendors and internal partners are coordinated, and operational workflows remain smooth.
What You’ll Do
Campaign & Project Support
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across various channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
Creative & Asset Management
- Support the development of project briefs and collaborate with teams on asset production.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, versioning, and brand compliance for all assets.
- Assist in reviewing creative content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Content & Channel Execution
- Facilitate collaboration among marketing team members on strategy, copywriting, design, and development.
- Proofread, assist in production of marketing materials, and provide UAT support to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation efforts.
- Distribute updated materials to internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Product, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal on ongoing projects.
- Socialize updates, share key information, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Prepare agenda documents, meeting recaps, and follow-up notes for meetings.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred).
- 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience with project management software (Asana, Jira), and tools like Microsoft 365 & Office Suite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Figma, and modern communication tools (MS Teams).
- Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter mentality with strong time management, self-direction, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated discretion, sound decision-making, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 5% (including some overnight travel).
Work Environment & Compensation
This is a 100% remote position. Compensation is hourly, ranging from $22-27/hr, based on qualifications, experience, and business needs.
