Manual QA Analyst

Overview

Job Summary

The Manual QA Analyst will perform quality assurance tasks, develop and execute test plans, and ensure software meets both functional and technical requirements in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA activities to meet system standards and user requirements.
• Write, manage, and execute test plans along with designing test cases.
• Utilize JIRA, SQL, and testing tools, including support for mobile testing.
• Collaborate with developers and teams to report, triage, and resolve issues.
• Maintain and author detailed test documentation traceable to requirements.
• Support risk assessment and continuous improvement in testing strategies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of QA experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong manual API testing skills and familiarity with code-based automation (Selenium, Katalon).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages like JavaScript, C#, PHP, or Python.
• Experience with build automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud/Docker technologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
