About the Role

The M365 Applications Administrator at Sanford Health is responsible for the effective implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft 365 applications and services. You will ensure seamless upgrades, enhance collaboration, and boost productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer daily operations including configuration, scripting, and integrations.
  • Monitor system health, data integrity, and manage software release levels.
  • Develop process automation, workflows, and detailed process documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership, various teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide 24x7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, three years of systems administration experience, and strong troubleshooting skills. ITIL certification and software development experience are preferred.
