We are seeking a strategic and experienced Lead HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team and support our Sales organizations.

About the Role

As a Lead HR Business Partner at AT&T, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to develop and implement talent strategies, enhance employee engagement, and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will work alongside experienced HR peers and Centers of Excellence, tackling significant challenges and contributing directly to the success of the business and its people. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with employee management.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Provide regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Support processes in areas such as client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture and diversity, employee engagement, morale, and retention.

Job Contribution:

This role requires an experienced professional recognized as an expert in the field, capable of creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. You will lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. This position involves mentoring less experienced staff, implementing long-term plans that impact the organization, and frequent collaboration with senior leadership.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification may be required in some areas.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Lead HR Business Partner earns between $130,700 - $196,100 annually. The starting salary within this range will depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
