About The Junior Product Manager Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and are actively seeking a Junior Product Manager with a strong enthusiasm for SaaS and product development. This individual will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

As a Junior Product Manager at PayrollPanda, you will provide essential support across the entire product lifecycle, encompassing research, planning, execution, and post-release analysis. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams and contribute directly to shaping product improvements and launching new initiatives. Who We Are Looking For

• Preferably Malaysian citizenship or residency.
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (prior SaaS experience is highly beneficial).
• A self-driven, analytical, structured individual with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, enjoying work with cross-functional teams.
• A basic understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Comfortable utilizing tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar product management platforms.
• Fluent in English.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assisting in the research of user needs, current industry trends, and competitor insights.
• Supporting the planning and prioritization of the product roadmap for PayrollPanda.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of new features.
• Participating actively in product testing, quality checks, and release validation procedures.
• Monitoring product performance and aiding in the preparation of regular product insights and comprehensive reports.
• Supporting ad-hoc product initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and overall user experience.
