About the Role: Junior Product Manager at PayrollPanda
Lensa is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join the fast-growing PayrollPanda team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in SaaS and product development, who are eager to contribute to the company's growth objectives. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial research and planning to execution and post-release analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape product improvements and new initiatives. If you are passionate about solving user problems, adept at working with data, and committed to advancing your product career, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching user needs, industry trends, and competitor insights to inform product strategy.
- Support in planning and prioritizing the product roadmap for PayrollPanda.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless feature delivery.
- Participate actively in product testing, quality checks, and release validation processes.
- Monitor product performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of regular product insights and reports.
- Support various ad-hoc product initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and improving user experience.
Who We Are Looking For
- Preferably Malaysian.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field; SaaS experience is a significant advantage.
- Self-driven, analytical, structured in approach, and possessing high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Comfortable utilizing product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Fluent in English.
