Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and task lists.
- Track project deliverables and deadlines.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Act as point of contact between stakeholders and team members.
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Support resource allocation and track team workloads.
- Monitor project budgets and flag variances.
- Ensure tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Trello are updated.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to leadership.
- Adhere to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Assist with quality checks and compliance standards.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager; additional experience may substitute the degree. Experience with a data lake implementation is required.
Desired Qualifications
Previous IT project management experience for a utility is preferred.
Position Details
This is a part time (20 hours/week) role. Although remote, occasional travel is required. The estimated hourly pay rate is between 30.82 and 40.82.
