Jira Administrator at Insight Global
As a Jira Administrator, you will be instrumental in optimizing critical integrations and automation between the enterprise ServiceNow platform and the Jira instance. This role primarily involves reviewing the current landscape of existing integrations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing robust solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, optimize, and stand up new automation workflows between ServiceNow and Jira.
- Partner closely with ServiceNow teams to gain a deep understanding of their environment and integration points.
- Lead testing efforts for all automation implementations to ensure stability and performance.
- Take ownership of all future Jira automation initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Jira administration.
- Strong proficiency with Jira automation, especially with 3rd party applications and platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integrations specifically tied to Jira.
- Solid knowledge of other Atlassian products.
- Proven ability to optimize existing Jira integrations and automation.
- Scripting skills are required for this role.
