Responsibility Statements

  • Manages and delivers complex projects or programs in alignment with client expectations and business needs.
  • Manages department or cross-functional teams focused on project delivery.
  • Plans and directs schedules, as well as project budgets.
  • Organizes interdepartmental meetings and communication to ensure project/program completion.
  • Directs the activities of project support staff, project managers, and sub-contractors.
  • Ensures resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate successful project completion.
  • Assigns and monitors work of technical team members, providing support and interpretation of objectives.
  • Manages priorities between projects or within a program that requires critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
  • Leads and communicates project scope, goals, and responsibilities to the project team.
  • Establishes clear stakeholder expectations and complex requirements.
  • Develops and maintains reporting procedures; monitors performance in project and program control activities.
  • Develops and distributes reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.
