Department: Technology Governance and Enablement Schedule: Summer 2026 (May - August), Full-time Location: Remote - Ascension Technologies Salary: $17.37 - $23.50 per hour

Responsibilities
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Process asset intake, updates, and retirement.
- Data Stewardship: Identify and resolve data quality issues in the CMDB.
- Metrics & Reporting: Deliver daily and weekly dashboards using Google Sheets and ServiceNow.
- Governance Support: Participate in leadership meetings and assist with creating SOPs.
- Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements for asset data management.
Essential Functions
- Analytical thinking to seek root cause analysis.
- Maintain clear documentation and SOPs.
- Efficient ticket processing via ITIL-based workflows.
- Collaboration across IT, Security, and Finance teams.
Requirements
A high school diploma equivalency or enrollment in an accredited program is required. Preferred candidates will be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Information Technology, Business Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field with a basic technical foundation, comfort with data tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
