This role is focused on maintaining and securing the IT infrastructure while ensuring system reliability, performance, and robust security for business operations and compliance.

Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure & Security Analyst will work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to manage servers, networks, endpoints, and associated software, particularly within Microsoft Azure and M365 environments. This role includes first-line incident response, vendor oversight, and IT project management.

Key Responsibilities – Systems Infrastructure and Administration

• Support M365 applications including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Manage hybrid AD/Entra ID, Intune Endpoint Management, and VDI solutions.
• Provide help desk and desktop support for remote users.
• Oversee outsourced projects and MSP service delivery.
• Lead small to medium IT projects and discovery sessions.

Key Responsibilities – Information Security

• Lead incident response and manage security alerts.
• Oversee patch, vulnerability, and endpoint security management.
• Manage security training and awareness programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, vendor due diligence and SOC reviews.
• Monitor threat intelligence and produce security posture reports.

Other Responsibilities

Maintain a positive work atmosphere while adhering to company policies, credit union regulations, and compliance requirements. Stay updated on technology trends and industry standards to add value to the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure administration and maintenance.
• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.
• Strong understanding of information security and cyber security concepts.
• Experience in incident response, vulnerability management, and SIEM investigations is a plus.

Work Environment & Compliance

This remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and meet regulatory requirements. Note that residents of Montana, Nebraska, Rhode Island, or Puerto Rico are not eligible.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range is $110,000 - $120,000 per year, with additional discretionary incentive compensation. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
