The IT Human Resources and Incentive Compensation team manages the platforms and integrations essential for WWT's operations. Our work is mission-critical, time-sensitive, and directly impacts every employee. We seek a confident individual with discerning judgment, eager to explore new approaches while respecting the sensitive nature of our work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Technical Delivery: Deliver high-quality, thoroughly tested, and performant HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions.
  • System Integration: Develop and maintain seamless integrations with various downstream systems.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, developers, and architects within an Agile development environment.
  • Production Support: Actively participate in providing production support for existing systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Engage in testing phases alongside business analysts and end-users.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical design and support documentation.

Qualifications

Technical & Functional Experience

  • Education: Hold a BS/BA degree in IT or a closely related field.
  • Experience Level: Possess 5+ years of professional development experience.
  • Design Philosophy: Familiarity with functional programming and design principles.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency and hands-on experience with PL/SQL.
  • Technical Pluses: Experience with Oracle HCM is a significant advantage. Experience with NodeJS is a plus. Experience with Kafka is also a plus.
