Overview
The IT Automation and Monitoring Engineer role at Guthrie, promoted by Lensa, focuses on designing, implementing, supporting and maintaining automation and monitoring solutions critical to healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation scripts and workflows using Python, PowerShell, Ansible.
- Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Prometheus, and Splunk.
- Analyze monitoring data to identify performance issues and implement automated remediations.
- Integrate automation/monitoring tools with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Create technical documentation and provide training for IT staff.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and hospital stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support IT leadership.
- Stay updated on AIOps, Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native monitoring trends.
Experience & Education
Looking for 3-5 years proven experience in enterprise automation and monitoring, with healthcare experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration (or related field) is desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
