The core focus is on ensuring asset accuracy, monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, providing operational oversight, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is not primarily focused on ticket-based support but rather on proactive asset management.
Key responsibilities include verifying and maintaining accurate device records, researching asset discrepancies, managing device-related supplies, and holding vendors accountable for contractual SLAs. Key Responsibilities
- Asset & Device Management: Verify and maintain accurate device records, including device titling and lifecycle status. Research asset discrepancies (e.g., determining whether devices were added, updated, or missed). Support IMAC-related asset updates and documentation across systems, including ServiceNow.
- Supplies & Order Management: Order, track, and reconcile device-related supplies. Monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- SLA & Vendor Performance Management: Monitor HP’s performance against SLA metrics and contractual commitments. Identify risks, gaps, and trends that could impact SLA compliance. Proactively escalate issues and recommend corrective actions to keep services on track.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to better leverage existing tools and data. Drive efficiencies through process improvements and workflow optimization. Simplify manual or fragmented processes into repeatable, scalable solutions.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to support service delivery. Provide clear operational updates and insights as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Service Management.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (asset records, requests, reporting, or administration).
- Experience supporting IMAC activities or large device fleets.
- Strong understanding of SLA tracking, vendor performance, and service delivery metrics.
- Proven problem-solving and research skills, especially in resolving data or asset discrepancies.
- Experience managing orders, supplies, and inventory tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements.
- Comfortable working with large datasets (Excel or similar tools).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, follow through, and collaborate across teams.
