This IT Asset Coordinator role at Lensa supports remote fleet management for a large U.S. enterprise environment with approximately 35,000 devices. The core focus is on maintaining asset accuracy, ensuring SLA performance, providing operational oversight, and driving continuous improvement, rather than traditional ticket-based support. The analyst will verify devices are correctly titled and accounted for, investigate asset discrepancies, manage essential supplies, and hold vendors accountable to contractual Service Level Agreements.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to enhance existing processes using current tools effectively.

Asset & Device Management

• Verify and maintain accurate device records, including device titling and lifecycle status.
• Research asset discrepancies, such as determining if devices were added, updated, or missed.
• Support IMAC-related asset updates and documentation across various systems, including ServiceNow.

Supplies & Order Management

• Order, track, and reconcile device-related supplies.
• Monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.

SLA & Vendor Performance Management

• Monitor HP’s performance against SLA metrics and contractual commitments.
• Identify risks, gaps, and trends that could impact SLA compliance.
• Proactively escalate issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain service delivery.

Process Improvement & Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to better leverage existing tools and data.
• Drive efficiencies through process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Simplify manual or fragmented processes into repeatable, scalable solutions.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Provide clear operational updates and insights as needed.
