About the Role
The Instructor Facilitator at DMS International is a consultant position responsible for developing training materials, tailoring courses, and delivering both traditional and virtual training. The role requires extensive knowledge of management best practices, adult learning theory, and delivering engaging training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned courses in traditional and virtual settings
- Maintain and update course materials
- Certify courses following the certification plan
- Apply adult learning theory to engage student learning
- Participate in professional development and team activities
- Travel as required for on-site instruction
Education & Experience
Candidates must have an MA/MS in Business Administration, Adult Learning, Organizational Development or a relevant field from a regionally accredited institution. A minimum of three to five years of facilitation experience and five years of management experience are required, with federal agency management experience highly preferred.
Job Environment
This role is remote during Covid-19, offering flexible work arrangement while delivering quality instruction to future leaders.
